The material will be required to be tailgated. The bids will be opened at the June 7 Homer Township Meeting @ 7:00 p.m. Bids should be marked bids and sent to the “Township Secretary” at the Homer Township Building, 348 Southwoods Road, Coudersport, PA 16915. Homer Township reserves the right to accept or reject, any or part, of all bids and substandard materials.
